The firm draws its strength from the vast experience of its founder who was initially admitted in the corporate world as a legal advisor and sat in several boards. He had short stint as a lecturer at the University of Pretoria. He then left and was in the local sphere of government where he held various senior management position in various municipalities in Mpumalanga and Gauteng.
